My Interests

I have a lot of different interests, but the main activity
I've done throughout college is marching band.

I've been a member of the Wake Forest marching band, also known as SOTOGAB or The Spirit of the Old Gold and Black,
all four years, and the last two years I've been Drum Major, which means I am in charge of all of the band music you hear on game day.
I also get to conduct the pregame show and halftime. My favorite part of game day is deacon walk,
where we make a tunnel and play as the players walk into the game.

My favorite part about being a member of the band is the behind the scenes
access to both home and away games. This picture is me, my drum major partners Skylar and Sarah,
and my band director Dr. Heath standing on the field in Clemson's Death Valley stadium

The most stressful time of year is what we call "footsketball season."
It's the time in late October and early November when we are playing at both Football and Basketball games.
It's a big commitment, but we love supporting all of our deacs by playing at
Football, Men's Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Field Hockey in the fall.
